U.K. Shipping

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30 - UK only. Select Royal mail second class signed for at check out. Not available on any other service or country. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

We ship to locations in the UK using Royal Mails tracking services

or Evri.

your order should be with you shortly after receiving your dispatch email, depending on which shipping you have selected when placing your order.

Evri - set pricing 

In 2025, Evri offers competitive parcel delivery prices starting from £2.70 for standard delivery.

Pricing Overview

  1. Standard Delivery:
  • Prices start from £2.70 for parcels weighing under 1kg. The exact cost may vary based on the parcel's weight and delivery location. 

  1. Next Day Delivery:
  • For next-day delivery, prices begin at £3.20 when dropping off parcels at a Locker or Parcel Shop by noon. Additional charges may apply for certain postcodes. 
  1. Additional Charges:
  • Evri may apply an extra charge of £2.75 for deliveries to or from specific postcodes

Please note: we do not send any products to U.K locations, without either a signature required or tracked when with royal mail.

Calista clay jewellery will not be liable for any delivery delays or lost parcels due to royal mail or Evri and any other service used that are out of our control.

Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, however please get in touch if there is an issue with your order.
